good friends=good therapy

This last weekend I had an awesome time with two of my best friends at Camp Arnold in Eatonville. We went out there for the annual ladies' retreat with our church. And you know, I was totally dreading it and on the fence about going (just being honest!) The main reason is because of my crazy life....I was leaving a big long list of to-do's at home and I wasn't sure how I was going to be able to relax! But I needed that time with my friends to reconnect and it truly nourished my soul. And it is so easy to get caught up in the busyness of life that we forget to make time for those we love the most. Not to mention just finding that quiet time before God. Plain and simple. So, I am back home, running shoes on, but totally refreshed! What a great feeling. So, here's a few pics of me, Corina & Melody and I managed to snag a few of the uber-adorable Henry, Corina's youngest little bean. His little cheeks must be magnetized, because I couldn't stop kissing him all weekend!
